General Provisions

This Policy is an official document of the Internet resource Keltir site https://keltir.com, and determines the order of processing and protection of information about Users.

Relations related to collection, storage, distribution and protection of information about users of the Site are regulated by this Policy, User Agreement, other official documents of the Site Administration and current legislation.

By registering on the Site and using it, the User expresses its consent to the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy. In case of disagreement of the User with this Policy the use of the Site and its services shall be immediately terminated.

The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of the received (collected) information about Users, except for cases when such verification is necessary for the purposes of fulfillment of obligations to the User by the Site Administration.

 

Conditions and purposes of personal data processing.

Administration of the Site does not require the provision of personal data, but in cases of voluntary provision by the User, can store only those personal data that are necessary to provide feedback to the User.

Personal information of the User the Administration of the Site can use for the following purposes:

- Identification of the party within the framework of agreements and contracts with the Website Administration;

- Communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests and information related to the use of the Site, as well as processing requests and applications from the User;

- Improvement of the quality of services on the Site, convenience of the Site, development of new functions of the Site;

- Carrying out statistical and other research based on anonymized data.

Administration of the Site stores personal information of Users in accordance with internal regulations.

The User's personal information shall be kept confidential, except for cases when the User voluntarily provides information about himself/herself for general access to an unlimited number of persons.

The Site Administration has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:

- The User has expressed its consent to such actions;

- Transfer is necessary within the framework of the User's use of the Site;

- Transfer is stipulated by the applicable legislation within the procedure established by the legislation;

- Such transfer occurs as part of a sale or other transfer of business (in whole or in part), with the transferee assuming all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in relation to the personal information received;

- In order to ensure the possibility to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Website Administration or third parties in cases when the User violates the User Agreement.

When processing personal data of Users, the Website Administration is guided by the Law “On Protection of Personal Data”.

Procedure for enactment and amendment of the Policy.

The Policy comes into effect from the moment of its publication on the Website and is valid indefinitely, until it is replaced by a new Policy.

The current version of the Policy, which is a public document.

The Site Administration has the right to make changes to the Policy. When changes are made, the Site Administration notifies the users about it by placing the new edition on the Site at the permanent address. Continued use of the Site by the User after posting of the Policy in a new edition or posting of the Policy in a new edition is recognized by the Parties as acceptance of the Policy conditions by the User in full.
